Robust and dependable
Self-supporting metal structure made of galvanized steel with a rectangular section, serving as both a frame and a guide for the durable PVC curtain contained within. Integrated 380V three-phase single-speed motor with programmable logic.
Resistant to windstorms
The door has been laboratory tested against winds up to 120 km/h and is guaranteed up to class 4, owing to its structure with a PVC mantle reinforced by horizontal bars. Furthermore, the special conical upright design allows for even higher wind resistance.
Protection against fumes and dust
Through a special seal applied on the pillars, this door effectively prevents the massive entry of atmospheric agents into the shed, maintaining optimal conditions inside.

The range of the Vertigo fold-up door adapts to multiple product sectors, dividing also into versions for the resolution of more specific problems.
Each version is designed for heavy-duty uses that present particular resolution requests, such as: compartments to be closed up to 15m, special shapes for closing rooms with crane, electronic programming of automated lines or special fabrics for ambient lighting or ventilation.

The Vertigo comes with standard equipment, including a powerful three-phase 380V motor designed for lifting the wrapping surface.
The powerful engine can be installed both in the single front and side modes, ranging from 1KW to 2.2KW.
From inside
Thanks to its lifting mechanism, this product is characterized by its exceptional strength when the door is closed, creating a barrier that is as solid as a real wall.
On the opposite side, from the inside, the curtain is connected to the guides using specialized straps, providing support during the opening and closing phases.
From outside
Typically, when the curtain is closed, the external facade appears smooth and interrupted by reinforcing bars of its skeleton, creating a visually appealing design.

Basic model: it features a galvanized steel structure with a closing sheet made of tear-resistant double-sided PVC fabric weighing 950g/m2, ensuring maximum tension through gravity.
* For a consistently clean door, it is possible to request the antistatic sheet to prevent the buildup of static electricity and, consequently, the accumulation of dust on the surface.
