Course for technical assembly

This course is designed to provide specific skills to fitters dealing with the installation and assembly of sectional doors and related accessories. The following are the elements of competence, prerequisites, course contents, training methods, evaluation methods, teaching aids, logistics location and timing analysis for the performance of content.

Elements of competence:

1. Carry out preliminary checks for installation.
2. Recognize the various elements for the correct installation sequence.
   Fasten the rails.
3. Perform the fastening of the spring assembly.
4. Make the installation of the mantle and its accessories.
5. Make the main adjustments for manual operation.
6. Install the engine and its accessories.
7. Know how to carry out the testing and commissioning of logistics equipment.
8. Know the main spare parts.
9. Carry out scheduled maintenance for the various types of product.

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of product lines and various types of sliding.

1. Theoretical introduction and recommendations.
2. Explanation of the checks to be carried out on the construction site before opening the packaging.
3. Opening sequence of the packaging and verification of the elements contained.
4. Execution of the fixing of the vertical guides.
5. Mounting the spring assembly on the structure.
6. Execution of the fixing of the horizontal guides.
7. Installation of the mantle and its accessories.
   Spring loading.
8. Checking of balance and alignments.
9. Engine installation and related accessories.
10. Final testing with the completion of the warranty start-up certificate.
11. Deepening of the main soft groups.
12. Deepening of the main engines and related accessories.
13. Mounting of a mantle with pedestrian door inserted.
14. Mounting a safety traction.
15. Test of scheduled maintenance.
16. Explanation of the reference standards for product supply and installation.

Methods of training:

1. Frontal exposure moment for the theoretical premise and recommendations.
2. Demonstration of an installation from the opening of the packaging to the delivery of the warranty start-up booklet.
3. Moment of frontal exposure for the deepenings.
4. Demonstration of an installation of a mantle with pedestrian door inserted.
5. Demonstration of the installation of a safety traction.
