Within the structure, including the cross casing and side pillars, the door is pre-wired during production with thermal resistances, preventing the door structure from freezing and eliminating the risk of accidents for operators. The heating cables inside the structure operate at higher temperatures than those in the freezer room, effectively minimizing stalactite formation on the cross casing and reducing the likelihood of accidents.
2. Because it is always fast
Even under extremely low-temperature conditions, the door is designed to ensure continuous operation at top speeds of up to 2.2m/s. This rapid operation facilitates swift transitions between environments, preventing heat dispersion between the two spaces. To maintain the required low temperature or, more precisely, to preserve the temperature difference, various specialized variants and options are available for this version. These options enhance insulation capabilities beyond the standard version, allowing for superior thermal efficiency and effective preservation of temperature levels.
3. External blade operating intermittently
It is specified that, to conserve energy and enhance the overall building efficiency, the air blade operates exclusively when the door is being opened. This strategic design minimizes the exchange of air molecules with the external environment, ensuring that the controlled temperature inside the room is maintained intelligently and efficiently, thereby optimizing energy consumption.
